Jídlohraní is a community-based game and rating experience focused on comparing food photos. These terms explain the basic rules for using the app.
What Jídlohraní is
- Jídlohraní is a web app/game for comparing food photos and building community rankings
- it is for entertainment and community participation
- it does not directly sell or deliver alcohol
18+ positioning
- the service is intended for users aged 18 and over
- by using the service, the user confirms they are 18+
Accounts
- users are responsible for their login credentials
- users are responsible for activity under their account
- the app may suspend accounts for abuse or rule violations
Acceptable use
Users must not:
- upload content they do not own or have rights to use
- upload unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or infringing content
- manipulate rankings, automate votes, scrape the site, or abuse the system
- upload images that violate rights of third parties
User content license
- users keep ownership of their content
- by uploading content, they give Jídlohraní permission to display and use it within the service and its direct promotion
- the app may remove content that breaks the rules
Moderation
- Jídlohraní may review, hide, or remove content that appears to violate the rules
- repeated abuse may lead to account restriction or removal
Rankings disclaimer
- rankings are community-driven and for fun
- they are not objective expert reviews
- listing a food, brand, or venue does not automatically mean sponsorship, endorsement, or a commercial relationship
- sponsored content, if ever introduced, must be clearly labeled
Liability
- the service is provided as available
- we do our best, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability
- users use the service at their own responsibility within applicable law
Changes to terms
- terms may be updated
- continued use means acceptance of the updated version
