Delete via account settings

Account self-deletion is not yet available in settings. For now, please request deletion by email.

Deletion request by email

To request deletion of your account or personal data, contact us at jidlohrani@email.cz from the email associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify your profile safely.

What may be deleted

• account profile data
• login-related user data
• user-submitted content, where applicable
• other personal data linked to the account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons

Processing note

• we may need to verify identity before completing a deletion request
• some minimal records may be retained if legally required or needed to protect the service

This page is also the public point of contact for users who signed in with Google or Facebook and want their Jídlohraní data removed.
